PhraseExpress is a feature-rich macro program that can be used to automate many computer processes. The program can also be used to manage frequently required text modules. These text modules can be accessed in any desktop application using a keyboard shortcut or text shortcut.

Thanks to its client-server architecture, PhraseExpress supports shared access to centrally stored text modules in the network and thus work in teams. PhraseExpress offers its own server for this purpose or alternatively connects to a Microsoft SQL Server. For teams that work across multiple locations, PhraseExpress synchronizes text modules in the cloud. The program supports cloud services such as Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive, and cloud solutions such as OwnCloud or Synology CloudStation. Before transferring them to the cloud provider, PhraseExpress secures text modules with “end-to-end” AES encryption.

Text modules can be managed in a tree structure and in several languages ​​via the program interface.
