After the premiere of ChatGPT, venture capital funds have shown special interest in this field and, therefore, several startups have achieved attract financing from different media. For this reason, this sector has suffered a increased interest in 2024 and, as a direct consequence, all those companies related to generative AI are in luck.
So, Figure AI was responsible for kick-starting this interest in 2024 when it received just under 650 million euros during a financing round. After it, other options were placed such as Cohere (480 million euros) or Groq (600 million euros), but the situation began to generate massive interest when xAI could gather 5.5 billion euros in May of this same year.
