winSIM: Mobile phone provider is struggling with disruptions – this is what you can do

Many users are currently reporting problems with the services of in our fault reporter winSIM. Most people report disruptions in the mobile network of the provider – a full 92 percent voted for this option.

The company behind winSIM, 1&1responded to a request from Netzwelt and wrote:

Providing our customers with reliable telephony and internet services is our top priority. We can confirm that on October 7th, 2024 there were brief restrictions on the use of our mobile services for a small portion of our customers. Our expert teams were able to quickly resolve the problem.

If the problem persists for a longer period of time, you can do so via the official winSIM support page report and request support from employees. Since many of the affected users report mobile phone problems, it is advisable to contact support via the Internet if necessary.

The numbers from the fault report can also serve as an “argument” for customer support. There you can also see the disruptions of the past few months. Yellow fields represent minor local disturbances, while red fields indicate larger problems.
