The first question is to answer the service name from the icon. Suddenly, an icon that I didn’t recognize at all appeared.

Thankfully, you have options. I assumed that “If I don’t recognize it, it must be a service I don’t use regularly…!”, so I selected SWF and clicked “Submit”.

The selected option will then be highlighted in red. It seems that I chose the wrong option. Relax and click “Next Question” to move on to the next question.

The same problem continues for a while after the second question. Of course, I don’t recognize any of the icons…
